Preorder policy

Drop 001 is planned as a limited 14-day preorder. Production begins after that window closes so we can make the requested quantities and sizes. The estimated production period is 4–6 weeks after the preorder closes.

Product mockups represent the intended garment, wash, color, and print placement. Small variations can occur during production and vintage washing. If a material change affects your order, we will contact you using the email provided at checkout.

Shipping policy

Shipping time begins after production—not on the date the preorder is placed. Current eligible U.S. rates are Standard shipping for $8, free Standard shipping on orders over $70, and Express shipping for $15.

Estimated carrier transit is 3–5 business days for Standard and 1–2 business days for Express after the order has shipped. Tracking will be sent by email. Carrier delays and incorrect delivery addresses can affect these estimates.

Returns and exchanges

Contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return. Eligible items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with their original tags. Because the collection is made to order, size exchanges depend on remaining availability.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos if there is a problem with your order. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method.

Privacy

We use information you provide to answer questions, process future orders, deliver purchases, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations. When checkout is activated, Shopify and selected service providers will process order and payment information needed to complete your purchase.

We do not sell personal information. You may contact us to ask about the information associated with your order, subject to applicable law.

Store terms

By using this site, you agree not to misuse it, interfere with its operation, or copy Yokai Apparel artwork and branding without permission. Prices and product availability may change before a preorder opens.
